In RF surgery high radio waves are passed on soft tissue which helps to cut + coagulate resulting in removing the unwanted or harmful tissue. It also seals the blood vessels during cutting tissue so a loss of blood during treatment is minimum.
The procedure is very safe and done under local anesthesia.
